At Portfolio., our goal is to make every appointment a luxury experience. These simple policies help us respect your time, our time, and give you the hair you've been dreaming of.
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Missed appointments without any notice will be charged the full service amount, with payment in full required before your next appointment.
Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience. Running late? Give us a call as soon as possible. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We love creating a calm and comfortable space for all of our guests. For safety reasons, children under 12 should not be in the salon unless they are receiving a service with an accompanying adult. We kindly ask that childcare is arranged before your appointment so everyone can enjoy their time here.
